What does it cost?

It depends on your store's volume and how much you want us to handle, so we set pricing on the intro call rather than guessing here. It's a one-time setup plus a monthly fee to build, run, and maintain the agent — founding clients get founding rates.

Will it reply to customers on its own?

Only if you want it to. By default every reply is a draft you approve before it sends. Once you trust it on the routine stuff, you can let specific categories auto-send — your call, always.

Do I need to be technical?

No. That's the whole point of done-for-you. We build and wire everything. You review drafts from your normal inbox.

How long until it's live?

Usually about two weeks from the intro call, depending on how quickly we can access your store and policies.

Is my store data safe?

The agent only reads what it needs to answer a ticket — order status, your policies, product info. You stay in control of access and can pull it at any time.
